BIM Africa Initiative
BIM Africa Initiative is a civil society organization formed to enable and regulate the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry across the African continent.
Our mission
With a focus on the SDGs 9, 11, and 17; BIM Africa is aligned to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by fostering innovation in the Construction Industry through local and global partnerships towards the delivery of Smart, Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure and Urban Development to drive the needed Economic Growth and ensure prosperity for all across Africa. The African-wide advocacy for BIM adoption and implementation is reinforced by extensive academic and market research programs, certification programs, roundtable meetings, seminars and webinars, formulation of locally-adapted standards, chapters, volunteering and professional development opportunities. As a Pan-African Multi-disciplinary Network of BIM Experts and Enthusiasts, we are passionate about the digital transformation of the built environment sector across Africa.
The 2025 Strategic Plan
To educate more than 500,000 African construction entities on BIM. To facilitate policies on BIM implementation for public projects in at least 3 African countries. To produce and promote Standards, Insights, Reports and Research for effective BIM implementation across various African countries.

Continuum BIM
Created in 2017, Continuum BIM is the leading Building Information Modelling agency in Morocco that develops various construction projects. With more than a hundred projects, Continuum intervenes in the fields of transportation, city, buildings, water industry and environment.
About Us
Leaders in the Building Information Modeling process in Morocco, we work closely with our clients on a national and international scale to assist them in their projects to achieve their BIM objectives. Our dynamic and experienced team offers a BIM support adapted to any type of project and any phase of development of the said project. Our offices are located in the city of ochre, Marrakech, the capital of Morocco, Rabat and the North Star, Tangier. It is the story of a creative ambition and a desire for change. The building and public works sector, being one of the main growth engines of any country, represents every day various challenges and important issues for all companies.
Our Mission
Our objective is to respond to these issues by accompanying our clients through a digital and modern approach in the implementation of Building Information Modeling technology in all construction processes. This technology, which is elevating the international construction sector, allows its users to drastically optimize all the resources required in their projects, namely: costs, labor, and time. As a member of the BIM Africa network, we are committed with the different members of the NGO to develop the construction market within the African continent through the integration of Building Information Modeling and its standards. In partnership with the leadership team of the NGO, our team is co-hosting the BIM Africa Summit in Marrakech during the year 2023.
